A copycat recipe of the decadent stuffed chicken from Ruth’s Chris Steak House, this dish combines juicy chicken breasts with a rich cheese filling, perfect for impressing guests or enjoying a cozy dinner at home.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (like parsley or basil), chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the mozzarella, parmesan, cream cheese, minced garlic, and chopped fresh herbs until well combined.
  3. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast, avoiding cutting all the way through.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese mixture.
  5. Season the outside of the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each stuffed chicken breast for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
