  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Oil or butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix. Stir gently until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
  4. Blend the granulated sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat; add a little oil or butter.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Immediately sprinkle the pancakes with the cinnamon-sugar mixture once cooked.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
