  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan generously.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the flour mixture, stirring until the cheese is well-coated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg until fully combined.
