  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (or feta for a tangier flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, olive oil, and egg (or flaxseed mixture). Mix until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
