A creamy, cheesy dip with cheddar, mozzarella, and a spicy kick from jalapeños, perfect for parties and game days.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the sour cream and mayonnaise and mix until creamy and lump-free.
  3. Fold in the cheddar, mozzarella, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a 1- to 1.5-quart baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the center is bubbly and the top starts to turn golden.
  6. Let the dip rest for 3–5 minutes, then serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, replace bacon with smoked paprika and extra roasted peppers. You can also add green onions, lime juice, or panko for extra crunch.
