  • 4 medium-sized chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and lightly grease a large baking dish.
  2. Pound the thickest part of each chicken breast until they are even.
  3. In a bowl, toss the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried parsley, dried mustard, chili powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and olive oil until evenly coated.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish, spacing them apart for even cooking.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
