Succulent and tender chicken breasts that deliver flavor and versatility for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs (e.g., thyme, rosemary)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Cream (optional for creamy recipes)
  • Vegetables (optional for skillet and one-pan recipes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for baking, or get your grill ready by preheating to medium-high heat.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper, along with your selected herbs and spices.
  3. If you’re opting for the oven, place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish alongside any additional ingredients you desire, such as cream or seasonal vegetables. Bake for about 25–30 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  4. For a skillet method, heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 6–7 minutes per side.
  5. For grilling, place the chicken on the preheated grill and cook for roughly 6–8 minutes per side, adjusting the time based on the thickness of the breasts.
  6. Once everything is cooked to perfection, serve it up with your choice of sides!

Notes

For best results, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
