A delightful Keto Garlic Parmesan Chicken dish with tender chicken, a creamy parmesan crust, and a touch of garlic, perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
