  • 1/2 cup low-carb sauce (like marinara or alfredo)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add your ground meat and season it with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, cooking until it’s fully browned.
  3. Toss in the chopped vegetables, cooking until they’re slightly tender, about 5 minutes.
