  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Coat each chicken thigh thoroughly with the marinade, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Lay the seasoned chicken thighs in a baking dish, avoiding overcrowding.
  5. Place the baking dish in the oven and roast for 30–35 minutes, until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  6. If desired, garnish with fresh herbs before serving hot.
