Make the Topping: In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, melted butter, mayonnaise, dried parsley, and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
Bake: Place the seared chicken in a baking dish and generously spread the cheese mixture on top. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
