Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs thoroughly in the maple glaze.
  4. Place the glazed chicken thighs in a baking dish, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Serve and enjoy, garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the glaze for an hour or overnight. If the glaze is too thick, add a splash of water to thin it out.
