A creamy chicken dish infused with sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan, perfect for cozy dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the chicken until it’s golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Once browned, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for about a minute until aromatic.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring in the parmesan cheese until it forms a smooth sauce.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over each piece.
  7. Let everything simmer together for 5-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot over pasta, mashed potatoes, or with crusty bread.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate chicken in olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Feel free to customize with different proteins or add vegetables for nutrition.
