  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken cutlets generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken cutlets for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream into the same skillet and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil, mixing well.
  5. Return the seared chicken cutlets to the skillet, letting them soak in the creamy sauce for an additional 2-3 minutes.
