A creamy and flavorful chicken dish that’s perfect for any occasion, combining juicy chicken breasts with a rich garlic sauce and sun-dried tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, mix in parmesan cheese and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Stir until heated and slightly thickened.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, ensuring it’s coated with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
