  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season each chicken breast generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once shimmering, add the seasoned chicken. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
