A creamy and delicious chicken dish made with cherry tomatoes, parmesan, and a silky cream sauce that warms any dinner table.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by heating a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the chicken in the skillet until it develops a beautiful golden brown color, about 5-7 minutes on each side. Once done, remove it from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
  4. Next, introduce the halved cherry tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, and dried Italian herbs. Stir everything together.
  5. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, then return the chicken to the skillet.
  6. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top and cook for another 10-15 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened nicely.
  7. Serve your Marry Me Chicken garnished with fresh basil to add a hint of color and freshness.
