Delicious chicken breasts in a creamy Parmesan sauce with cherry tomatoes, perfect for impressing loved ones.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat some olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in the cherry tomatoes, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until everything is combined and the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and transfer to the oven.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving, and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat on the stovetop over low heat, adding chicken broth if needed.
