  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the base of your slow cooker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, ranch seasoning mix, sun-dried tomatoes, and heavy cream. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are thoroughly coated.
  4. Cover and set the slow cooker to low. Allow it to cook for 4 to 6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Once cooked, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Taste your dish and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.
  6. Serve this luscious chicken over pasta or rice and sprinkle with fresh basil for a lovely presentation.

Notes

For a lighter version, use low-fat cream of chicken soup or sour cream instead of heavy cream. Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
