A delightful combination of chicken breasts, creamy tomato sauce, pasta, and sundried tomatoes that brings comfort and romance to your table.

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 8 oz Pasta
  • 1 cup Tomato cream sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sundried tomatoes
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup White wine
  • Seasonings (salt, pepper, Italian seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Prepare according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Sear the chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Sauté aromatics: In the same skillet, add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add vegetables: Stir in the sundried tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
  5. Create the sauce: Pour in white wine, allowing it to reduce slightly, then stir in the tomato cream sauce and seasonings.
  6. Combine and serve: Return the chicken to the skillet, then toss in the cooked pasta until well coated. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a creamier texture, consider adding more tomato cream sauce. Adjust the seasonings to fit your taste.
