A delicious and energizing breakfast option that combines rolled oats, chia seeds, and the unique flavor of matcha.

  • 4 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 23 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, salt, matcha, and maple syrup in a large bowl.
  2. Mix everything together until well combined and the matcha is evenly distributed.
  3. Cover the bowl or transfer the mixture into individual containers.
  4. Place in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 240 minutes, preferably overnight.
