A creamy, delicious chicken dish made with simple ingredients, perfect for busy weeknights or impressing guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon dry minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), grated parmesan cheese, minced onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well until smooth.
  3. If your chicken breasts are thick, cut them in half horizontally for even cooking.
  4. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place the chicken breasts in the dish, and generously spoon the creamy mixture over each breast, ensuring they are completely covered.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the topping is golden brown.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
