A creamy and flavorful chicken dish that is quick to prepare, budget-friendly, and kid-approved.

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon dry minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, grated Parmesan, dry minced onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Cut the chicken breasts in half for even baking if they are thick. Place the chicken in a lightly greased baking dish.
  4. Coat each breast with the creamy mixture, making sure they are completely covered.
  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.

Notes

For extra crunch, broil the chicken for a few minutes at the end of cooking. Adding lemon juice or hot sauce can elevate the flavor.
