A quick and easy recipe for juicy chicken breasts topped with a creamy parmesan mixture, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until it’s well blended.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
  4. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden and bubbly.
  5. Rest the chicken for a few minutes after taking it out of the oven. Then, serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a healthier twist, swap the mayonnaise for Greek yogurt. Marinate chicken for extra juiciness.
