  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch for even cooking.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast, ensuring full coverage.
  5. Place the chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle with paprika or Italian seasoning if desired.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to swap mayonnaise for Greek yogurt for a lighter version or use different cheeses for various flavors.
