A delicious and easy recipe featuring succulent chicken breasts topped with a creamy mixture, perfect for weeknights and special occasions.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the greased baking dish, ensuring they are spaced evenly.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture generously over each chicken breast, making sure each piece is fully coated.
  5. Place the dish in the oven and bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove the chicken from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.

Notes
