1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Evenly spread the creamy mixture over the top of each piece.
Bake the chicken uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
