A creamy and cheesy chicken dish that’s simple to prepare and perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Combine the sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth.
  4. Arrange the chicken breasts in the baking dish, ensuring they are spaced evenly apart.
  5. Spoon the sour cream mixture generously over each chicken breast.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Broil for an additional 2–3 minutes for a golden finish.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy every tender bite!
