A creamy and cheesy chicken dish that’s tender and easy to prepare, perfect for busy families and special occasions.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the topping is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley or chives if desired.

Notes

To ensure juicy chicken, pat them dry before applying the topping. Don’t skip resting time after baking to redistribute juices.
