  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the crumbled sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced green onions until evenly combined.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the cream cheese mixture, stirring until everything is fully incorporated.
  6. Transfer the combined filling into the unbaked pie crust, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
