Ingredients

  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the quick oats and mini chocolate chips. Stir to evenly distribute the chips.
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey to the bowl and mix until a uniform, slightly sticky dough forms.
  3. Scoop the mixture into 12 even portions and roll each into balls between your palms.
