A creamy, rich, and impossibly easy no-bake peanut butter pie that’s perfect for warm weather and last-minute guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • Chocolate shavings or whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth and glossy.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla extract to stiff peaks.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the surface with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  6. Before serving, top with chocolate shavings or whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Best served chilled. For cleaner slices, dip a knife in hot water and wipe dry between cuts.
