Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the sliced kielbasa, chopped bell peppers, sliced onion, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture on a large baking sheet in a single layer for even cooking.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for roughly 20-25 minutes. Stir halfway through to ensure everything caramelizes beautifully and the veggies are tender.
