Deliciously crispy oven-baked chicken thighs that are juicy, easy to prepare, and budget-friendly.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper thoroughly.
  3. Coat each chicken thigh in the spice mixture until evenly covered.
  4. Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they have space between them.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F / 75°C).
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving to lock in the juices.
