Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika for your spice rub.
  3. Generously coat the chicken thighs with the spice mixture to maximize flavor.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the chicken thighs on it.
