  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 1 can of chili
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or blend)
  • Onions (optional)
  • Jalapeños (optional)
  • Mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) with the oven rack in the center.
  2. Place each hot dog into a hot dog bun and arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Spoon a generous portion of chili over each hot dog.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the chili on each dog.
  5. Bake for about 10–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and add optional toppings like diced onions, sliced jalapeños, or a drizzle of mustard.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy immediately.

Notes
