A quick and easy recipe for crispy chicken tenders made in the oven, perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. If using breadcrumbs, incorporate them as well.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the Parmesan mixture, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  4. Arrange the coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Notes
