  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries)
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • Maple syrup for serving
  • Butter for greasing the baking dish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish generously with butter.
  2. Combine pancake mix, milk, and eggs in a large bowl. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Layer the mixed berries over the batter.
  5. Spoon dollops of yogurt over the berries—be generous for extra creaminess!
  6. Pour the remaining batter over the top, ensuring the berries and yogurt are fully covered.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes. It’s done when the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving warm, drizzled with maple syrup.
