  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 pound Breakfast Sausage
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 cups Fresh Fruit

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and crumbly. Drain any excess grease and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, eggs, and milk until there are no lumps.
  4. Layer the cooked sausage evenly across the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the pancake batter over the sausage.
