  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. Whisk the eggs and milk together in another bowl until completely blended.
  4. Immerse each chicken breast in the egg mixture, ensuring all sides are coated.
  5. Roll the chicken in the breadcrumb mix, pressing down lightly to ensure coverage.
  6. Arrange the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased lightly with olive oil.
  7. Spritz the tops with a little cooking spray for extra crispiness.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and has a golden brown color.
