A quick and easy recipe for crispy Parmesan crusted chicken that’s perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs, seasoning them with salt and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat it thoroughly with the breadcrumb-Parmesan mix.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; add the coated chicken breasts.
  6. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

To keep leftovers fresh, cool completely before storing in an airtight container. Reheat in an oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
