A delicious and comforting dish that combines tender chicken, creamy soup, and cheesy pasta in a warm bake.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, and shredded cheese. Stir well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For variations, you can use rotisserie chicken, mix in vegetables like peas or spinach for added nutrition, or change the cheese type for different flavors.
