  • 1/2 cup peaches, chopped
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp dairy-free creamer
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Start by peeling and chopping your peaches into small pieces.
  2. Combine the oats, chopped peaches, almond milk, water, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan.
  3. Place the saucepan on the stove and bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, until it reaches your desired thickness.
  5. Stir in the dairy-free creamer for extra creaminess.
  6. Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and top with more chopped peaches, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a dash of additional creamer.
