A quick and easy recipe for tender, juicy baked chicken breast, perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, coating them well.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture generously over the chicken, covering all sides.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
