  • 1 chicken breast
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 4 eggs
  • 7 g salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Place the chicken breast into the skillet and cook for about 7 to 10 minutes on each side, or until it’s golden and fully cooked.
  4. Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil and add the broccoli. Cook for about 5 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and pour them into a non-stick pan over medium heat, scrambling until softly set.
  6. Serve the chicken breast alongside the steamed broccoli and fluffy scrambled eggs for a complete meal.
