Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice, sugar, apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add the canned sweet peppers to the saucepan and reduce the heat to low.
  4. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes to meld flavors.
  5. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
  6. Transfer Cowboy Candy into jars and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
