  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • Milk or almond milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the protein powder, oats, and eggs. Mix until everything is well combined.
  2. Mash the banana, then fold it into your mixture until incorporated.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the batter to form pancakes, keeping them around 4 inches in diameter for even cooking.
  4. Cook each pancake for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and fluffy.
