Delicious and healthy protein-packed oatmeal cookies, perfect for a snack or breakfast on-the-go.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup optional mix-ins (chocolate chips, dried fruit, nuts)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, flaxseed meal, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  3. Add the maple syrup and water, mixing everything until well combined.
  4. Stir in any optional mix-ins of your choice for extra flavor, if desired.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly for uniform baking.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool before enjoying them!

Notes
