Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until you achieve a coarse crumb texture.
  4. Gradually stir in the milk until just combined—make sure not to overmix!
