  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup almond flour (or flour of choice)
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until you have a smooth consistency.
  3. Incorporate the cottage cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix well until combined.
  4. Mix the protein powder, baking soda, salt, and almond flour in a separate bowl.
  5. Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just incorporated.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts for extra texture and flavor, if desired.
  7. Pour the carefully mixed batter into your greased loaf pan.
